Bingo April 24th, 2026

Good Morning,

Last night's bingo had 61 people in attendance.  The kitchen's food sales totaled $445.  Assisting Laurie in the kitchen were Diane P., Diane P., Rosie, Mary, Mercy S., Peggy and Rita.

Assisting me and Betty were Susan G., Mary Lee, Nancy, Anna, Sophia, Esma and Janice.  Jody was the cashier and Maria was the caller.  Maria is now into telling bingo jokes, so if you know any, please share them with her.  We told this one in her honor last night.  Why is the bingo caller so happy?  She's having a ball!!!  We were out of there before 9 p.m. last night.  It's a fun night and a great group of Daughters working together to raise money for our Court.

Asking A.J. with set up and take down were Bob Z., J.W. and Donald (A.J.'s uncle).  We couldn't do it without these men assisting us and we would be there for at least another 30 minutes or more.

This weekend at each Mass, a Ministry will present a cake to Father Ariel at the end of Mass.  The Court will present the cake at the 8 a.m. Mass.  Although I am not attending the Mass, I will be there to set up the plates and forks outside.  I will be in the back of the Church after Communion so please join me back there.  We will walk down the aisle as a group with the cake.  If you usually give Father Ariel a card and monetary gift on his birthday, he is asking that it be given to Raise Up St. Anthony's.

Kelly has made some updates and added some new photos to the website.  There is a new message from the Regent.

Happy Friday!

Have a blessed weekend!

Thanks for all you do for our Court and Parish.

Our Two Fold Purpose: Spirituality and Service

The integration of spirituality and service is the foundation of the Catholic Daughters.  The Catholic Daughters of America (CDA) helps women develop their spirituality and provides avenues of service to live out that spirituality.  The Catholic Daughters of America gives members a unique opportunity to share their faith with other Catholic women.  Helping others through charitable acts in the spirit of Jesus Christ is the heart of our organization. "Spirituality and Service" is the heart and soul foundation of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
